A normalization recipe supported by a backend and fitted parameter type.

crate::LazyMatrix::new selects fitting through this sealed trait. Column recipes require crate::ColumnStats; row recipes require dense indexed access through crate::MatrixRead. Implementing those capabilities enables fitting for a downstream backend without implementing this trait directly.
